Frequently Asked.
How far in advance should we begin?
For wedding suites, we recommend reaching out eight to twelve months before your wedding date so we have plenty of time for sketches, revisions, and printing. For day-of pieces only, three to four months is plenty. Save-the-dates ideally mail six to eight months ahead of the wedding.
How many weddings do you take on each season?
We take on a small handful of full-suite couples each season (usually no more than six to eight) so each design receives the time and attention it deserves.
Do you offer letterpress, foil, and engraving?
Yes. We work with a small group of trusted letterpress, foil, and engraving partners. For each suite we'll recommend the print method that best suits your design and budget.
Can my suite reflect my florals or palette?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Send your florist's mood board, palette, or any inspiration you've gathered, and we'll design your suite to feel of a piece with the rest of the day.
Do you offer custom illustration or hand calligraphy?
Both are available through our trusted partners. The studio is design-led, so when a project calls for a custom illustration, watercolor, or hand-pointed-pen calligraphy, we coordinate with a small circle of artists we've worked with for years and fold their work seamlessly into your suite.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. We've sent suites all over the world. International shipping is quoted per project.
How does payment work?
A 50% retainer is due to reserve your spot on the calendar; the remaining balance is split into milestone payments throughout the design and production process. Print costs are billed before production begins.
