Who we are
Little Village Creative Co. is a wedding stationery and design studio based in Fort Worth, Texas, serving clients nationwide. This policy covers littlevillagecreativeco.com, our forms, and our client portal.
What we collect
Inquiries and questionnaires. When you reach out or complete our questionnaire, we collect what you share: your name, email address, wedding date and location, budget range, style preferences, and anything you write to us.
Project details. Booked clients share the information that appears on their stationery: names, event details, venues, addresses, and design preferences, through our project forms and portal.
Guest lists. Clients may add their guests' names and mailing addresses so we can address and mail their stationery. We use guest information only to produce and mail that client's order. We never contact guests, and we never use their information for anything else.
Signed agreements. When you sign our agreement online, we keep the record the law expects an electronic signature to have: the text you agreed to, your typed name, your email, the date, your IP address, and your browser information.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure pages. Card numbers never touch our website or our records; we see only that a payment was made and for how much.
Portal accounts. The portal signs you in with a link sent to your email. We keep your project messages, uploaded files, and the choices you make there so your project has one home.
How we use it
To respond to you, design and produce your stationery, coordinate your project, invoice and confirm payments, mail your pieces, and keep the records that document our agreement. That is the whole list.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run ad trackers or social media pixels on this site. We will only share what a trusted service provider needs to do its job for us.
The services that help us run
A small set of providers store or move data on our behalf: Netlify hosts this website; Supabase stores our client database and portal securely; Formspree delivers form notifications to our inbox; Stripe processes payments; Resend sends our project emails; Google Fonts serves this site's typefaces. Each receives only what its role requires, and each publishes its own privacy commitments.
How long we keep things
Inquiry details are kept while we correspond and for a reasonable period afterward. Project records, signed agreements, and invoices are kept as business records for as long as the law and good bookkeeping expect. Guest lists are kept only as part of the client's project record.
Your choices
Email us and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not legally required to keep. If you are a wedding guest whose address a client shared with us, the same applies to you.
Security & children
Data is encrypted in transit, access to our systems is limited to the studio, and payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe. Our services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted to active clients in the portal.
